Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) – Standard Plan is specially designed for thermosiphonic solar water heater systems (150L to 300L) installed in residential villas across the UAE.

- Limited warranty coverage during the contract period

The plan is valid for both new customers and renewal contracts up to five (5) years, ensuring long-term protection and system efficiency.

Our maintenance specialists perform a comprehensive 10-step service during each scheduled visit:
- Physical inspection of solar tanks and panels
- Thorough cleaning of the solar panel surfaces
- Checking the external jacket or cladding condition
- Inspecting air vents and pressure relief valves
- Tightening and checking heating element connections
- Testing safety device functionality
- Checking water flow and temperature performance
- Adjusting thermostat settings as needed
- Cleaning heating elements and removing internal scale buildup
- Replacing spare parts at discounted AMC rates
This routine not only enhances the system’s performance but also extends its lifespan while maintaining energy efficiency.

Note:
If the AMC is not renewed, the contract will be terminated, and the above prices will no longer apply.
For replacement of large components, a crane charge of AED 800 will apply (customers may arrange their own crane).
AMC is applicable only for functional systems; any existing issues must be resolved before signing.
