1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your location. Available across the UAE.
  • Bank Transfer
    Make payment directly to our company bank account. Bank transfer details will be provided at checkout or via confirmation email/WhatsApp. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payment
    We accept Visa and MasterCard for secure online payments.

2. Payment Processing

  • Card Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation via secure payment gateways.
  • Bank Transfers must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid cancellation.
  • COD payments are collected by our delivery personnel upon delivery.

3. Currency

All transactions on proudi.ae are conducted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
