1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may return or exchange items within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
✅ Be unused, undamaged, and not installed
✅ Be in its original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories intact
❗ Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Custom-ordered or special-request items

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by our customer service team.
Do not send back items without prior approval.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return costs.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • You can expect your refund within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
  • If you don’t receive your refund in this time, please contact us.

7. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it has not yet shipped.
    ✅ Full refunds are issued for cancellations made before shipping.
  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to receive the item and submit a return request.
